The Franklin Estate includes 6,000+ sq.ft. home, available as 5 private rental spaces, each with a kitchenette, king bed, and full bathroom, or reserve the entire home for larger groups!  We also offer spacious indoor spaces for gatherings and events, as well as a paved surface that can accommodate large tents for outdoor events.  We are located in beautiful Greene County, "Gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains," which is conveniently located near Charlottesville, The Shenandoah National Park (lots of hiking and outdoor adventures), many antique/crat shops, wineries, breweries, historical sites, and FRESH AIR!
