Nestled amongst the beautiful Shenandoah Mountains along the Roche River a few doors from the Blue Ridge School for Boys in St George, VA, Singing Springs offers the peace and tranquility you are searching for. From the gently flowing waters of the river that flows through it, to the majestic mountain peaks that surround you, this Villa will settle your soul. The villa offers 5 private rooms including two suites. The suites are fit for a king and queen, each having a Victorian feel with a king size bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. In the Johns Ford Room for example, the claw foot tub will soak away all your worries and relax your body from the mountain hikes and winery adventures. These accommodations include a private sitting area for two to enjoy coffee, tea or another favorite beverage or snack while you curl up in the comfort of cozy Irish chairs. Self serve continental breakfast is available on first floor from 6 AM to 9 AM.

With the exception of your private bedroom and private bathroom, the majority of the Villa's first floor is considered public use space. This includes a combination living room/great room with seasonal fireplace, library/media room, entertaining family room, and multiple patios. The kitchen is available for limited use.  This means guests are invited to use the toaster oven or microwave units to warm food and the refrigerator to store items that need to be chilled,  but extensive preparation of food i.e. baking, frying, roasting, boiling, etc. is discouraged in the kitchen. Grilling is allowed on the dining room deck for a supplemental service charge of 5.00 per reservation period.

Guests are invited to roam the trails on site throughout the 6 acres aside the Blue Ridge Peaks or play in the cool Roche River that runs through the Singing Springs Villa's estate.
